Affirm the Good

“Thoughts of jealousy, fear, worry, and anxiety tear down and destroy your nerves and glands bringing about mental and physical diseases of all kinds.

“What you affirm consciously and feel as true will be made manifest in your mind, body and affairs. Affirm the good and enter into the joy of living.” ~ Joseph Murphy

So often I hear folks speaking about what they do not want in their lives: they don’t want debt; they don’t want sickness; they don’t want to be alone. Your subconscious mind does not speak in negatives. So when you say you don’t want something, your subconscious mind does not recognize that.

Speak out what you do want instead of what you don’t want. If you don’t know what you want, then flip around what you don’t want and start affirming that. So, if you don’t want debt – what do you want – you want financial abundance. If you don’t want sickness – what do you want – you want abundant health in mind, body and spirit.

On the same note, keep your mind stayed on things of peace, love and serenity; lest you bring ills to your mind, body and spirit.

Ill feelings can leave your body in so much pain. Good feelings cause you to be at ease. I hate the tension in my body. When I become tense or have any negative feeling my neck and back become really tense. :D Stay at peace!
