"Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy." ~ Dale Carnegie
Remember, fear can motivate and propels us forward, or fear can paralyze and immobilize us. When we are in a state of paralyzing fear, it will stop us dead in our tracks. Yet, when we step forward in action, our anxiety eases. We begin to pay attention to what’s actually going on instead of being trapped in fearful speculation.
Fear is about looking back at the past and regretting, or looking forward to the future and worrying. Remain in the present moment and fear cannot immobilize, it will merely give us the courage to move forward. And once we have done the thing that we fear, we can do it again and again and again.
Get busy and conquer your fear,
Coach Carolyn
